The Exhibit Hall will open at 9:30 a.m and close at 11:30 a.m.
Participation is limited to
transportation-related businesses,
associations, societies or government agencies
Exhibitors must set up their exhibits between 9:00 a.m.
and 9:30 a.m.
and take them down after the ceremony ends (about 2:30 p.m.)
All current Sponsors, Advertisers, and Others are welcome to apply for exhibit spaces Sponsors....................no charge
Program Advertisers... $50
Others.......................$100
Priority will be given to interested exhibitors in the
following order:
(1) Sponsors, (2) Advertisers, and (3) Others.
Twenty-four (24) spaces
are available. All spaces must be reserved
and paid in advance.
Exhibits may be free-standing or table-top
(tables will be provided
if requested).
